Saskatchewan Highway 4 is a major highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from the United States border near Monchy to Saskatchewan Highway 224/Saskatchewan Highway 904 at Meadow Lake Provincial Park. Highway 4 is about 643 km (400 mi.) long.

Major communities that Highway 4 passes through are Swift Current, Rosetown, Biggar, Battleford, North Battleford, and Meadow Lake.
