(1386) Storeria is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on July 28, 1935 by the Russian astronomer Grigori Nikolayevich Neuimin in Simejis .
The asteroid is named after Norman Wyman Storer , a professor of astronomy at the University of Kansas .
