(1590) Tsiolkovskaja is an asteroid of the main belt , which was discovered on July 1, 1933 by the Russian astronomer Grigori Nikolajewitsch Neuimin in Simejis . However, the object was spotted for the first time on October 4, 1907 by Wilfred Hall Observatory, Preston.
The asteroid is named after the Russian astronaut Konstantin Eduardowitsch Ziolkowski .
