(3211) Louispharailda is an asteroid of the main belt , which the Belgian astronomer on 10 February 1931 George Van Biesbroeck at Yerkes Observatory in Williams Bay , Wisconsin was discovered.
The name is composed of those of the discoverer's parents, Louis Pierre Van Biesbroeck (1839-1919) and Pharailda de Colpaert Van Biesbroeck (1840-1920).
