(3448) Narbut is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 22 August 1978 by the Russian astronomer N. S. Chernykh at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory in Nautschnyj , Ukrainian SSR ( IAU code was discovered 095).

The asteroid was named after the Ukrainian painter, book illustrator, graphic artist and rector of the Ukrainian Academy of Arts Heorhij Narbut . One of his pictures shows Halley's Comet in 1910.
