(4395) Danbritt is a main belt asteroid that was discovered on March 2, 1981 during the UK Schmidt-Caltech Asteroid Survey by Schelte John Bus from the Siding Spring Observatory .

The asteroid was named after the scientist Daniel Britt (* 1950).
