Ángeles Montolio (born August 6, 1975 in Barcelona ) is a former Spanish tennis player .

Career

Montolio played on the WTA Tour from 1990 to 2003 . She reached her highest position in the individual world rankings in February 2002 with position 22. On the WTA Tour she was able to book three individual titles for herself. At the ITF level, she won twelve tournaments in singles and a doubles competition. In 1993 she won the World Junior Orange Bowl tennis tournament in the U-18 age group.

Montolio was part of the Spanish Fed Cup team that won the title in 1994 ; it was not used in the final. Between 1994 and 2002 she only played three games for the team.
