Émilie Aubry (* 1975 in Paris ) is a French radio journalist and presenter .

Life

The daughter of Martine Boutang, the publisher of Editions Grasset & Fasquelle , has two sisters; one of them is Gwenaëlle Aubry . Émilie's stepfather is the documentary filmmaker Pierre-André Boutang .

Aubry graduated from the Institut d'études politiques de Paris with a diploma, began writing reports in 2001 at the LCP ( La Chaîne parlementaire ), the television channel of the French parliament , and presented the television news. In 2006 she chaired three primaries-related debates. In 2007, on the occasion of the presidential election , she presented the format Le temps de choisir , in which she interviewed candidates.

From January 2009 to October 2011, Aubry presented Global Mag on Arte every day .

Since January 2012 she has been presenting the Arte program Thema, alternating with Thomas Kausch .

Aubry also presented the literary magazine La Cité du livre and Grand Écran at the LCP.

After the death of Jean-Christophe Victor in 2016, she took over the moderation of the weekly program With Open Cards on Arte on September 2, 2017 and the radio program L'Esprit public on September 10, 2017, which is broadcast by France on Sundays between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. Culture is transmitted.
