Éva Kiss (born July 10, 1987 in Debrecen , Hungary ) is a former Hungarian handball player .

Career

Kiss played for Nádudvar SE from 2000 and moved to Debreceni VSC two years later . In the summer of 2011, the goalkeeper Veszprém Barabás KC joined. A year later she moved to Siófok KC . From 2013 she ran for Fehérvár KC . From the 2015/16 season she was under contract with the top Hungarian club Győri ETO KC . In 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 she won the Hungarian Championship with Győri ETO KC and the Hungarian Cup in 2016, 2018 and 2019. She won the EHF Champions League in the 2016/17 , 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons . After the 2019/20 season, Kiss ended her career at Győri ETO KC and then looked after young goalkeepers at the club.

Kiss won the bronze medal with the Hungarian U17 selection at the U-17 European Championship in 2003 . From 2009 she was a member of the Hungarian women's national team . The greatest success with the women's national team was winning the bronze medal at the EM 2012 .
