Česlovas Mulma

Česlovas Mulma (born August 5, 1968 in Šalčininkai Rajongemeinde ) is a Lithuanian lawyer and politician , Vice Minister of the Interior since 2017 .

Life

After graduating from secondary school, Česlovas Mulma completed a bachelor's degree in police studies at the Lietuvos policijos akademija in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius in 1994 . 1989-1992 he worked in the criminal police of Lithuania and from 1992 to 2008 in Alytus . He became a police superintendent and then a police chief superintendent . 2008-2016 he headed the Supreme Police Commissariat of Alytus . From 2017 to 2019 he was Deputy Minister and Deputy Minister of the Interior Eimutis Misiūnas and since August 2019 he has been Deputy Minister and Deputy Minister of the Interior Rita Tamašunienė in the Skvernelis cabinet .

Mulma speaks German, Russian and Polish.
