Đào Thiên Hải

Đào Thiên Hải (born May 10, 1978 in Sa Đéc , Vietnam ) is a Vietnamese grandmaster in chess .

With the Vietnamese national team he took part in 14 chess Olympiads ( 1990 on the fourth, 1994 - 2006 on the first, 2008 on the third, 2010 on the fourth, and in 2012 , 2016 and 2018 on the substitute board). He also took part in the Asian team championships nine times (1995-2016).

Đào became youth world champion in the U16 age group in Bratislava in 1993 .

In 1993 he became International Master, since 1995 he has held the title of Grand Master and since 2011 the title of FIDE Trainer.
