İhsan Okay (born August 7, 1969 in Istanbul ) is a former Turkish football player and today's coach .

Player career

Okay played for Galatasaray Istanbul in the late 1980s . In the seasons 1987/88 and 1988/89 the defender came to a total of two league games and was Turkish champions in 1988. After Galatasaray, Okay moved to Gaziantepspor before the 1990/91 season . Okay played at Gaziantepspor for five years and made 138 league games.

Transfers to Antalyaspor , Istanbul BB and Sümerspor followed .

Coaching career

Okay has been working as an assistant trainer since 2013 and his first engagement was with Konya Anadolu Selçukluspor .
