The Żar is a mountain in the Polish Spiš Pieninen , a mountain range of the Pieninen , with a height of 883 meters above sea level.
Location and surroundings
The Żar lies in the main ridge of the Pienines. To the north of the summit is the Jezioro Czorsztyńskie reservoir and to the south of the Łapszanka mountain stream .
tourism
The summit can be easily reached from all surrounding villages on marked hiking trails. It is outside the Polish Pieninen National Park .

A marked route to the summit leads from Łapsze Wyżne :
- ▬ the red ridge trail from Łapsze Wyżne via Dursztyn to the summit and on to Niedzica .
