Ⴧⴧ

The Šva ( ჷ ) is a letter of the Georgian alphabet that is only used in Mingrelian and Swanian today. The letter represents the sound [⁠ ə ⁠] represents.

In the Mchedruli alphabet only the ჷ is used. In the historical Chutsuri alphabet there was still the capital letter Ⴧ ; the lower case counterpart was the ⴧ .

It was not assigned a numerical value.

The Šva can be found in Unicode at the code points U + 10F7 (Mchedruli) or U + 10C7 (Chutsuri uppercase letter) and U + 2D27 (Chutsuri lowercase letter).
