The Gan ( ) is the third letter of the Georgian alphabet . The letter represents the sound [⁠ g ⁠] and is indicated in German with the letter G transcribed.

Today only the გ is used in the Mchedruli alphabet . In the historical Chutsuri alphabet there was still the capital letter ; the lower case counterpart was the .

It was assigned the numerical value 3.
