Ⴂⴂ

The Gan ( გ ) is the third letter of the Georgian alphabet . The letter represents the sound [⁠ g ⁠] and is indicated in German with the letter G transcribed.

Today only the გ is used in the Mchedruli alphabet . In the historical Chutsuri alphabet there was still the capital letter Ⴂ ; the lower case counterpart was the ⴂ .

It was assigned the numerical value 3.
