The Ġan ( ) is the 23rd letter of the Georgian alphabet . The letter represents the sound [⁠ ɣ ⁠] and is indicated in German with the digraphs transcribed gh.

Today only the ღ is used in the Mchedruli alphabet . In the historical Chutsuri alphabet there was still the capital letter ; the lower case counterpart was the .

It was assigned the numerical value 700.
