The Qar ( ყ ) is the 24th letter of the Georgian alphabet . The letter represents the sound [ q ' ] and is indicated in German with the letter Q transcribed.

Today only the ყ is used in the Mchedruli alphabet . In the historical Chutsuri alphabet there was still the capital letter Ⴗ ; the lower case counterpart was the ⴗ .

It was assigned the numerical value 800.
