(1748) Mauderli is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 7 September 1966 by the Swiss astronomer Paul Wild , from zimmerwald observatory of the University of Bern was made, discovered.

The asteroid is named after Sigmund Mauderli (1876–1962), professor of astronomy at the University of Bern and initiator of the Bern Astronomical Society.
