(1774) Kulikov is an asteroid of the main belt which was discovered on October 22, 1968 by the Russian astronomer T. Smirnova at the Crimean Observatory in Nautschnyj .

The asteroid is named after the Russian geodesist Dimitri K. Kulikow .
