(2029) Binomi is an asteroid of the main belt , which the Swiss astronomers on September 11, 1969 Paul Wild , from zimmerwald observatory of the University of Bern was made, discovered.
The asteroid is named after a fictional mathematician named Binomi , who is credited with discovering binomial formulas .
