(2058) Róka is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 22 January 1938 by the Hungarian astronomers György Kulin at Konkoly Observatory in Budapest was discovered.

The name of the asteroid is reminiscent of the Hungarian science writer Gedeon Róka .
