(4080) Galinsky is an asteroid in the main belt, which was discovered on August 4, 1983 by Lyudmila Georgievna Karachkina from the Crimean Observatory .
The asteroid was named after the Russian engineer Nikolai Dmitrijewitsch Galinski .
