The 13th Army of the Russian Empire was an army during the First World War was used.
history
Army High Command 13 was founded in May 1915 as part of the Southwest Front and dissolved again in August 1915 before the Great Withdrawal was completed. During the Bug Offensive in July 1915, the army covered the threatened area in the southeastern apron of Kovel on the eastern Bug bank against the advance of the German Bug Army and the Austro-Hungarian 1st Army . It comprised 13th infantry and 4th cavalry divisions, the corps commands subordinate to it were concentrated from right to left between Cholm and Vladimir-Volynsk in the following order at the beginning of July :
