367th Infantry Division (Wehrmacht)

The 367th Infantry Division was a German infantry division during World War II . The division was set up on November 15, 1943 in the Agram area ( Croatian Zagreb) in Croatia . Between March 31, 1944 and April 1, 1944, the division was renamed the 330th Mountain Division for camouflage reasons . The unit was used in various battles in Yugoslavia , Hungary ( company Magarete ), the Ukraine and most recently in East Prussia . The division capitulated to the Red Army on April 9, 1945 in the enclosed Königsberg in East Prussia and was taken prisoner by the Soviets .
