7:35 de la mañana is a 2003 Spanish short film directed by Nacho Vigalondo .

action

Like every morning, a woman comes to a café, buys coffee and breakfast and wants to read the newspaper. She notices that all the guests are sitting frozen. Suddenly a man starts to sing. It seems to be a rehearsed declaration of love to the woman, so the man sings, supported by the guests who sing certain lines of song or dance with the man when asked, by the woman who appears every day in the café, about whom he knows nothing, but want to learn more. However, the woman reacted with fear and secretly alerted the police. Suddenly the song stops - a guest does not read the intended text quickly enough. The man threatens the guest and reveals an explosive belt that he is wearing and could explode at any time. The song finally continues and ends with the sirens wailing outside the café. The police asked the man to come out of the café. A guest gives him a pillow filled with confetti . The man leaves, shortly afterwards there is an explosion and a rain of confetti falls on the guests. The woman remains silent.
