Everything is the sect
Alles ist die Sekt (AidS) is a German hip-hop formation from the Berlin record label Aggro Berlin / Sektenmuzik . It consists of the two rappers Sido and B-Tight .
Career
The formation was founded in 1998 as Royal TS. Under this name she published some works for the Berlin hip-hop underground label Royal Bunker . The band name was made up of Royal for Royal Bunker and TS for Tight / Sido. The band is not to be confused with the group Die Sekt , of which they are members. AidS only stands for the duo Sido and B-Tight.
Sido and B-Tight, who at that time lived together in the Berlin district of Wedding , performed regularly at the Royal Bunker Shows, and so Specter , one of the future Aggro Berlin bosses, noticed them. Specter later founded the Aggro Berlin label with Spaiche and Halil and signed the two of them. The first Aggro Berlin release followed, the EP Alles ist die Sekt in saw blade form as a splash special in a limited edition of 500 pieces. The CD has a great collector's value, it is traded for up to 250 euros.
AidS forms the core of the rap crew known as Die Sekt , other members include Tony D , Alpa Gun , MOK , Fuhrmann, Bendt and DJ Werd. Almost all of them were signed to Die Sekt's own label , Sektenmuzik .
The sect attracted negative attention in the media several times because of its politically emphatically incorrect texts. The members of the sect emphasized, however, that these should not be taken literally and that songs like The Assfuck Song by Sido were not written for the general audience, but for insiders who understood this humor.
