The A15 road ( English for road A15 ) is a trunk road in England , which partly follows the historic Ermine Street .

The A15 begins in Peterborough and heads north via Market Deeping and Sleaford , where it crosses the A17 , to Lincoln . From there it runs almost dead straight on the route of Ermine Street to the M180 motorway , which it reaches at junction 4.
At the next eastern junction 5, it separates from the M180 again and leads north over the Humber Bridge , which is subject to toll , and crosses the Humber . It ends in Hessle, west of Kingston upon Hull , where it merges into the A164 .
