The A919 road is an A-road in the Scottish Council Area Fife .

The road begins as a junction from the A914 ( Dairsie - Newport-on-Tay ) on the northern edge of the hamlet of St. Michaels . It runs in a south-easterly direction along the Edinburgh – Aberdeen railway and reaches the village of Leuchars , where it forms the main thoroughfare. Passing RAF Leuchars , the A919 heads south to Guardbridge . At the southern end of the village, the road joins the A91 ( Bannockburn - St Andrews ) at a roundabout after a total of 4.6 km .
Surroundings
There are four listed buildings along the A919. They are all classified as category B monuments. On the northern edge of Leuchars at 86 Main Street is a mansion from 1794. In the center of the village is at the address 59-61 Main Street , the Ye Olde Hotel located. The building dates from the early 19th century.
To the north of Guardbridge, the 18th century Inner Bridge spans Motray Water with three arches . It runs parallel to the A919 and has since been replaced by a modern bridge. Further south, the Guardbridge Paper Mill buildings stretch along the road. The buildings, which are also combined with other structures to form a monument ensemble, date from the early 18th century.
