The AT Verlag is a Swiss non-fiction book publisher headquartered in Aarau . The Munich publishing office is responsible for the German-speaking areas outside of Switzerland.

founding

The publishing house was founded in Aarau in 1978 as a division of Aargauer Tagblatt AG. From 1996 the AT Verlag was a division of AZ Medien , since 2018 it has been part of CH Media .

The publisher has been publishing non-fiction books in the following areas since 1978:

Around 50 new titles from all subject areas appear every year. The focus is on cooking.

Further topics are edible wild plants , low-temperature cooking , carving with a pocket knife , holistic utilization of food, guerrilla gardening in the city and the encyclopedia of psychoactive plants.
