action

Police officer Prakash Rathod, who is recovering in Mumbai , writes a report on what he describes as the most difficult case of his career. Here is a flashback. A man enters a police station near Mumbai to hide a travel bag in the sanitary area of the building. Then he goes to the roof of a building under construction, where he has a kind of base with several technical devices. From here the man calls Rathod on his cell phone and tells him that he has hidden five bombs in Mumbai and that they will explode in four hours unless four fighters are dropped off near an aircraft runway. Rathod notifies the secret service to determine the location of the caller, but to no avail. He also puts together a team himself to try to find the identity of the caller.

Two of the four fighters had yet to be arrested. When Arif Khan, a police officer involved in the extradition, only releases three of these fighters, he hopes to learn more about the hiding places of the bombs through the fourth. Then there is an explosion at the place of delivery and all three fighters are killed. The anonymous caller then answers Rathod again. He tells him that the terrorists were involved and that the killing was planned for revenge due to previous attacks.

The television news now reports that all four of the terrorists have been killed. The caller answers again and says that there are no more bombs, to which Rathod replies that he knew this and that the fourth fighter is still alive. During this telephone call, the position of the caller is determined. The caller destroys his technical equipment and leaves the roof. At this moment Rathod drives up with his car and recognizes the caller by means of a phantom image. He offers him a ride, which is accepted. In the car there is a discussion about moral and religious views, which is where the film ends.
