Between the ground floor and the first floor there is a sill ledge around the sides of the building . The tower-like, cylindrical entrance body with a polygonally broken bell cover . On the five-axis rear side (garden side) of the main structure, in the center, a three-axis loggia consisting of four angular broken columns with beams , above serving as a balcony for the first floor . Except for the two side windows on the first floor, all windows on the rear have been extended to "French windows" (windows that extend down to the floor).
