Abdullah Al Muzayen (born February 8, 1988 in Kuwait City ) is a Kuwaiti squash player .

Career

Abdullah Al Muzayen began his professional career in 2004 and has so far won 20 tournaments on the PSA World Tour , nine of them in his home country of Kuwait. He reached his highest place in the world rankings with 33rd place in May 2013. He is the best Kuwaiter in the history of squash. In 2013 he was the first Kuwaiti player in the final of the Asian Cup . He was clearly defeated by Aamir Atlas Khan there in three sentences. Also in 2015 he reached the final, in which he was defeated by Leo Au in three sets. Al Muzayen is an integral part of the Kuwaiti national team . With this he already participated in world championships in 2005 , 2007 , 2009 , 2011 , 2013 and 2019 . At the Asian Games in 2014 he won the gold medal in the individual as well as bronze with the team.
