Abia Brandt

Emil Rasmus Abia Brandt (born August 22, 1886 in Aasiaat ; † unknown ) was a Greenland state councilor .

Abia Brandt was the son of the boat operator Ole Hendrik Jakob Brandt (1847–1914) and his first wife Ane Marie Kristine Thorin (1851–1904). He was married four times because three of his wives had died young. Abia Brandt was a hunter, sailor and later a Kiffaq (helper). In 1915 he represented his cousin Wille Brandt in the North Greenland State Council .
