Isak Banke

Jens Isak Samuel Banke (born March 25, 1863 in Eqi ; † June 19, 1932 ibid) was a Greenland councilor .

Isak Banke was the son of Jørgen Andreas Christopher Banke (1837–?) And his wife Rebekka Regine Abelone (1840–?). On June 20, 1886, he married Mithe Louise Maria Kristine Johnsen. Isak Banke was a hunter and at the same time worked as a reader in his home town. In 1916 he sat for Peter Zeeb in the North Greenland State Council . He died in Eqi in 1932 at the age of 69.
