Abla (formerly Abula ) is a town in the province of Almería in Spain and is located at an altitude of about 1000 meters.

history

The city was the bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church: The diocese of Abula was subordinate to the Archdiocese of Toledo as a suffragan . The titular bishopric of Abula goes back to the lost bishopric.

Attractions

In Abla is the Iglesia de la Anunciación (Church of the Annunciation).
