Abreham Cherkos
Abreham Cherkos ( Abreham Cherkos Feleke ; born September 23, 1989 in Assela ) is an Ethiopian long-distance runner .
The youth world champion in 2005 over 3000 m became vice junior world champion over 5000 m in 2006 and finished eighth at the 2007 World Athletics Championships over the same distance.
In 2008 he won bronze at the World Indoor Championships in Valencia over 3000 m, gold at the Junior World Championships in Bydgoszcz over 5000 m and came fifth at the Olympic Games in Beijing over 5000 m.
