Johann Konrad Achaz Holscher

Johann Konrad Achaz Holscher (born October 28, 1755 in Bennigsen , † September 29, 1840 in Hanover ) was a German Lutheran theologian and general superintendent of the general diocese of Hoya-Diepholz .

Life

After studying theology, Holscher became a collaborator at the teachers' college in Hanover, in 1781 court chaplain and second pastor at the Neustädter Hof- und Stadtkirche St. Johannis in Hanover, 1789 superintendent in Münder , 1794 superintendent in Ronnenberg and in 1806 first pastor at the Neustädter church in Hanover . In 1834 he retired. From 1816 to 1840 he was also a member of the consistory in Hanover and general superintendent of the general diocese of Hoya-Diepholz.
