Acquacanina is a village of the municipality of Fiastra and former municipality ( comune ) in the province of Macerata in the region Marche in Italy . It has 122 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2016). Acquacanina is located about 37.5 kilometers southwest of Macerata in the Monti Sibillini National Park and on the Fiastrone , the tributary of Lake Fiastra , and belongs to the Comunità montana di Camerino . The administrative center of the municipality was in the district of Piè del Colle . On January 1, 2017, Acquacanina was affiliated to the neighboring municipality of Fiastra.
