Fiastra is an Italian commune ( comune ) in the province of Macerata in Marche . It has 644 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) and is located about 38 kilometers southwest of Macerata in the Monti Sibillini National Park on Lake Fiastra and belongs to the Comunità montana di Camerino . The administrative center of the municipality is located in the Trebbio district . The Lago di Fiastra is a reservoir of the Fiastrone . As of January 1, 2017, the neighboring community of Acquacanina was incorporated .
