Ada Ringen (born November 21, 1989 ) is a former Norwegian biathlete . The biathlete Elise Ringen is her twin sister.

Ada Ringen started for Meråker SSK , previously for IL Varden . In 2007 she took part in the Junior World Championships in Martell for the first time, where she was 21st of the individual, finished fifth in sprint and pursuit and won the bronze medal with Karianne Grue Tufte and Frida Schneider in the relay race behind France and Russia with the representation of Norway . Several races in the junior competitions of the Biathlon European Cup followed . At the Junior World Championships 2008 in Ruhpolding , eighth in the individual, sixth in the sprint and five in the pursuit race, with Synnøve Solemdal and her sister Elise Ringen she also won the silver medal in the relay race behind the representation from Germany. The next important international appearances followed for wrestling again at the Junior World Championships 2010 in Torsby , where the Norwegian was 29th in the sprint and 28th in the pursuit.

Nationally, wrestling won the 2007 Norwegian championships in Folldal, together with her sister and Anne Ingstadbjørg for the North Trøndelag region , starting the gold medal in the relay race. A year later she won relay bronze with Elise Sandvik and her sister Elise in Stryn . The Norwegian Championships 2010 in Simostranda were also successful , in which Ringen missed a medal in the sprint as fourth place, which was then won with bronze in the pursuit race based on it behind Tora Berger and Fanny Welle-Strand Horn . With Ane Skrove Nossum and Ingstadbjørg, she also won the silver medal in the relay race.
