Adam Brown (born May 29, 1980 in Berkshire , England ) is a British actor and comedian .

Career

Brown studied at the John O'Gaunt Community Technology College in Hungerford . He then went to London and trained as an actor at Middlesex University . There he met his colleague Clare Plested, with whom he founded the theater group Plested and Brown . With the group, Brown directed a number of stage plays, for which he both wrote the scripts and appeared as an actor himself. In addition to tours through the United Kingdom, the group has also been active in other countries such as Armenia , New Zealand and South Korea .

In addition to his work on stage, Brown was seen on television in the children's series Chuckle Version in the role of Oswald Potter . He had other stage appearances in Beauty and the Beast (2007), as "Kevin the Genie" in Aladdin (2008) and as "Harvey Nicks" in Puss in Boots . He also appeared in several commercials . Star director Peter Jackson also hired Brown for the role of the dwarf Ori in his project The Hobbit . The three-part series was Brown's first work for the cinema. He also took on the role of Cremble in Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge , the fifth installment in the Pirates of the Caribbean series, which appeared in May 2017 .

In the video-based computer game The Bunker published by Splendy Games in September 2016 , Brown played the role of John, who grew up in a bunker in England after a nuclear attack and who was supposed to take care of the routine in the security facility after his mother's death.

So far it has been dubbed in German by Nic Romm .
