Adelheid Gapp (born February 19, 1966 in Aldrans , Tyrol ) is a former Austrian ski racer . Her specialty was the slalom .

biography

During three seasons in the World Cup, Gapp was placed among the top 15 in a slalom race eight times. For the first time she won World Cup points on December 15, 1985 in the slalom (13th place) in Savognin . As the best World Cup result, she achieved fourth place in the Slalom of Park City on March 11, 1986 . A month earlier she had become Austrian champion in combination and runner-up in slalom. On November 30, 1987 Gapp achieved a second result among the top ten in the World Cup with ninth place in Courmayeur . However , she was never able to qualify for World Championships or Olympic Winter Games within the Austrian team. In 1988 she ended her career.
