The Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium is a football stadium with an athletics facility in the Omagwa district of the Nigerian city of Port Harcourt in the state of Rivers . The stadium is named after the Nigerian soccer player Adokiye Amiesimaka . The facility offers 38,000 covered seats in the stands and cost 31 billion NGN (around 68.7 million € ).

Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium opened on July 19, 2015 with a qualifier for the 2016 Olympic football tournament between the U-23 national teams of Nigeria and the Congo , which the hosts won 2-1.
At the end of July of the year, the football club Dolphins FC from the Nigeria Professional Football League announced that it would play its home games at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium.
On November 17, 2015, a qualifying match for the 2018 World Cup between Nigeria and Swaziland took place in the venue. The home side won 2-0.
