Adolf Enge

Adolf Enge (born October 1, 1885 in Kratzau , Northern Bohemia; † November 1, 1952 in Weiz ) was an Austrian lawyer and politician ( CS ). From 1924 to 1927, Enge was a regional councilor in the Styrian regional government . Enge was married and had five daughters and three sons. Enge was born the son of a tannery owner and innkeeper. He graduated from high school in Mariaschein and Teplitz before studying law at the University of Prague and Graz University. At this time he became a member of the Catholic student associations KDStV Ferdinandea Prague and KÖHV Carolina Graz in the Cartell Association (CV) . Close doctorate to 1911 Dr. jur. and fought as a volunteer in World War I between 1915 and 1918. After that, Enge worked as a military judge accessist. Enge was a member of the state government between December 1, 1924 and May 21, 1927. In addition, Enge was a member of the state parliament and president of the state parliament.

Enge was also heavily involved in the Weiz district. He acted as a district and local school board, was a member of the Weiz community assembly, deputy chairman of the district council and deputy district manager of the Fatherland Front. In addition, Enge was vice-president of the farmers' association Graz and the local railway Gleisdorf-Weiz.
