Adolf Hergenröder (born August 2, 1896 in Bad Kissingen , † May 12, 1945 in Klingen ) was a German politician (NSDAP).

Live and act

Hergenröder attended elementary school , then secondary school in Bad Kissingen and secondary school in Würzburg . On October 1, 1914, during the First World War , he volunteered for the Bavarian Army and fought on the Western Front for the next four years . In July 1918 Hergenröder, who was once slightly wounded by an artillery shell during the war, was appointed lieutenant in the reserve in the 11th Field Artillery Regiment . In 1919 he took part in the smashing of the Bavarian Soviet Republic .

From 1919 to 1921 he studied at the agricultural department of the Technical University in Munich . In 1922 he passed the state examination for the higher agricultural civil service and for the agricultural teaching post, so that from then on he was allowed to use the title of a qualified farmer. From 1922 to 1923 Hergenröder worked as a trainee lawyer at the state agricultural authority in Schweinfurt and at the state breeding inspection in Würzburg.

In 1926 he became an agricultural advisor in the Bavarian State Service. From 1926 to 1930 he was employed as an assessor at the state agricultural agency in Fürth im Breisgau. On April 1, 1930, he was transferred to the agricultural office in Schweinfurt as an assessor for political reasons.

At the end of the 1920s, Hergenröder joined the NSDAP (membership number 90.069). Later he also became a member of the SA and the SS (membership number 258.670). In 1931 he became SA storm leader of the reserve in Schweinfurt. In 1933 he was appointed Obersturmführer in SA Standard 27.

In the Reichstag elections of July 1932 Hergenröder was 26 (francs) as a candidate of his party for the constituency in the Reichstag voted, of which he was subsequently to the end of Nazi rule in May 1945th Since 1930 he was also a member of the city council of Fürth.

On April 1, 1933, Hergenröder was appointed agricultural district advisor for the Central Franconian district of the NSDAP. From June 1, 1933 to 1934, he also served as the deputy agricultural district advisor for the Lower Franconia district. In the same Gau he became section leader and country press officer. In addition, there was the task of the Gaufach advisor for the establishment of the NSDAP in Middle Franconia. From October 1933 to October 1935 he acted as district farmer leader in Nuremberg .

In May 1934 Hergenröder, who also wrote some agricultural policy treatises, was appointed Head of Department II of the Bavarian State Farmers' Association. Since the spring of the same year he was also a member of the Reichsbauernrat .
