Adolfo Rodríguez Herrera (born April 9, 1924 in Minas , † May 10, 2003 ) was Archbishop of Camagüey .

Life

Adolfo Rodríguez Herrera was ordained a priest on July 18, 1948 .

John XXIII appointed him on May 27, 1963 auxiliary bishop in Camagüey and titular bishop of Tiberiopolis . The Archbishop of San Cristobal de la Habana , Evelio Diaz Cia , dedicated it on July 16 of the same year Bishop ; Co- consecrators were José Maximino Eusebio Domínguez y Rodríguez , Bishop of Matanzas , and Manuel Pedro Rodríguez Rozas , Bishop of Pinar del Río .

He attended the third and fourth sessions of the Second Vatican Council . Paul VI appointed him on September 10, 1964 Bishop of Camagüey.
