Adrien Bossel (born December 28, 1986 in Freiburg im Üechtland ) is a Swiss tennis player .

Career

Bossel mainly plays on the ITF Future Tour , but also takes part in tournaments on the higher-class ATP Challenger Tour . In his career he has so far won three future tournaments in singles and four in doubles. He played his first game on the ATP World Tour at the Swiss Indoors Basel 2012 . At the side of Henri Laaksonen he lost his opening game in doubles against the duo Kevin Anderson and Viktor Troicki in straight sets with 2: 6 and 2: 6. He achieved his first individual qualification for the main field of a tournament on July 8, 2013 in Newport at the Hall of Fame Tennis Championships . He defeated Adam Feeney and Denys Moltschanow in the first two rounds and the Canadian Érik Chvojka in the qualifying final . In the main draw he was finally defeated by Rajeev Ram 2: 6, 2: 6.

In 2014 , Bossel played for the Swiss Davis Cup team for the first time . There he has a balance of 1: 3.
