A two-cylinder two - stroke engine from Jawa with 615 cm³ displacement and 19.5 hp powered the front wheels. The radiator was mounted behind the engine. The transmission had four gears, the fourth gear was overdrive . The model was offered as a sedan , roadster , station wagon , panel van . The sports version had a 744 cc engine, which was also used in car races such as the 1949 Le Mans 24-hour race .

The vehicle had a wheelbase of 230 cm and was 404 cm long. The maximum speed was given as 100 km / h.

In autumn 1947, the motor journalist FA Elstner undertook a long-distance journey with the Aero Minor II, which took him through the Sahara to Cotonou and back again. Elstner's second wife Anna and his son from his first marriage were co-drivers. The car was able to cover the distance of 13,100 km in 22 days, which corresponds to an average of 426 km per day.
