The Agashashok River is a 80 km long left tributary of the Noatak River in northwest Alaska .

Its source is in the Baird Mountains , a mountain range of the Brooks range . It flows in a west-southwest direction through the Noatak National Preserve and flows in the north of the Igichuk Hills into the Noatak River, which flows over the Kotzebue Sound to the Chukchi Sea , a marginal sea of the Arctic Ocean .
