Agave indagatorum is a plant from the genus of the Agave ( agave ).
description
Vegetative characteristics
Agave indagatorum grows stemless with individual rosettes . Their somewhat greyish and lanceolate leaves are initially strongly streaked on the underside and are somewhat concave and gradually pointed. The leaf blade is 150 to 250 inches long and 20 to 25 inches wide. The leaf margin is straight, somewhat membranous and initially slightly pink. It has about 1 millimeter long peripheral teeth that are 5 to 12 millimeters apart. The narrow triangular, straight or slightly curved back teeth are not lens-shaped at their base. The chestnut brown, rather shiny, smooth end spine is conical, almost straight and furrowed up to its center with inwardly curved edges. It is about 12 millimeters long and about the same length.
Inflorescences and flowers
The "panicle" inflorescence reaches a length of about 9 meters and bears bulbils . The approximately 55 millimeter long flowers are on 15 to 20 millimeter long flower stalks . Their tepals are yellow and about 20 millimeters long. The rather open flower tube has a length of about 6 millimeters. The ellipsoid ovary is 20 to 25 millimeters long. It is extended as a neck into the flower tube.

The narrow, elongated fruits are 3.5 to 6 inches long and about 2 inches wide. They are thickly stalked and tapered to a point.
Systematics and distribution
Agave indagatorum is on the Bahamas belonging Watling spread -Insel on rocky soils in coastal groves.
